Hot Chilli Sauce
D'Antas Inferno
Dante Alighieri left his mark with his infamous work The Divine Comedy. In poetic verses he journeys from hell to paradise, influencing art, religion and culture ever since.
Tongue-in-cheek and with a smile on our face, we present D'Antas Inferno, our very own Hot Chili Sauce, made from our organic chillies and fruits.

In Limbo of Araçá & Apple
This fruity sauce features a mysterious fruit called Araçá. The tree which gives these mini-guavas comes from tropical Brazil, and couples nicely with the last apples of the season, and some Bird’s Eye chilies grown at Sant’Ana. This sauce is, literally, in limbo between Antas and Sant’Ana.

Fruity, caramelised notes of banana and strawberry, with piquant chilli, an elegant spice.
Lust for Preserved Lemon
Lemons have always been one of our particular favourites, with their quirky yellow colour, uplifting zest and fruity acidity. We preserve some in salt, like they do in Morocco. Certainly, a lustful temptation, paired here with fermented chilies, fennel seed and ginger.

Zesty, with a sharp backbone, touch of bitter and latent heat.

Greed for Garlic, Smoke and Lemon
This is somewhat of a ‘house blend’, featuring all of our favourite things in one - not wishing to squander one drop of what this land gives us. It might be a little greedy, but it’s worth it!

Garlic-forward, hints of smoke and spices, and lemon backbone underpin the fermented notes of the chili.
In Wrath of Smoke
Enveloped in smoke from the Judas Trees, whose brilliant deep pink flowers appear suddenly around the time of Easter - thus, our Antas Chillies gain their smoky depth. We’ve added garlic and onion for a classic, BBQ-style sauce.

Rich and sumptuous, with a nice acidity and smoky tang.
